WNS5 designed and built PeopleSuite — a full workforce management platform for Philippine businesses. The system handles employee records, leave management, payroll processing, and HR reporting in one integrated platform, replacing spreadsheet-based workflows across multiple departments.
Challenge
- —Philippine payroll rules are non-trivial: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding tax, and 13th month all have to be computed correctly by law
- —Most HR teams in the target market were tracking headcount in Excel — data migration and adoption were as much of the problem as the software itself
- —Multi-company architecture required: each client org needs isolated data, separate admin roles, and configurable approval workflows
- —Compliance requirements change — the system needed to be maintainable by a lean team as regulations update
